Meet the Candidate

Omo Ibadan. Chartered Accountant. Bridge Builder.

Olooye Taofeek Adegboyega Adegoke is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants and a respected high chief in Ibadanland. He knows what it takes to make every naira count, and he knows the people of Oyo by name, ward by ward.

In March 2026 he joined the African Democratic Congress to offer Oyo a real choice. ADC members across the state answered with a clear mandate at the party primary, and INEC has published his name as the party's governorship candidate.

His promise is simple: an issue-based campaign, no thuggery, no empty talk, and a government where residents help set the priorities for their own communities.

The Solutions Manifesto

Socio-Economic Agenda for Oyo.

Every letter in SOLUTIONS stands for a commitment to the people of Oyo State. Together they rest on four pillars of growth.

Built on four pillars

01

Agriculture

Boost production on our farms from Oke-Ogun to Ibarapa, so Oyo feeds itself, farmers earn more and food gets cheaper in our markets.

02

Electricity

A stable power supply built with private sector participation, because no business, school or hospital can grow in the dark.

03

Youth Jobs

Real opportunities for young people, so talent stays in Oyo and no youth is left idle or exposed to political thuggery.

04

Investment

Make Oyo the easiest place in the South West to invest, bringing capital and industry that create lasting jobs.

Full LG Autonomy

Local government chairmen will not be controlled by the state. Councils will be empowered and held to account for delivery at the grassroots.

Fight Poverty & Insecurity

Practical action on the two things keeping Oyo families up at night, with communities as partners in their own safety.

Accountable Governance

Reforms that improve service delivery and welfare, with inclusive development that carries everyone along.

First 100 Days

What changes, fast.
